ExactPic is an independent utility and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government, passport authority, or visa agency. Photo and document requirements are summarized from official sources for convenience and may be out of date or incomplete. The official source always controls. Meeting a file-size, dimension, or format check here does not guarantee your photo or document will be accepted — always confirm the current rules on the official page before you submit government photos.

Service description

ExactPic provides free browser-based image utilities. Tools run locally on your device. We make no guarantee that output will meet every third-party upload requirement.

Eligibility

You may use ExactPic only if you can form a binding agreement under applicable law and will use it in compliance with these terms and all applicable laws.

Your responsibility

• You must have the right to edit and export any image you process
• You are responsible for verifying output meets destination requirements
• You use the tools at your own risk

Prohibited use

Do not use ExactPicto process unlawful content, to infringe others' rights, to create fraudulent or misleading identity documents, or to attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the security of the site.

Intellectual property and your content

The ExactPic name, site, and code are owned by MASTERPANEL LLC. You keep all rights to the images you process; because processing happens in your browser, we never receive or gain any license to your files or output.

Availability and termination

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time, and may restrict access for anyone who violates these terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MASTERPANEL LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage, or for any rejected application, arising from use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
