About ExactPic

ExactPic helps you prepare images for the real world — job applications, government portals, exam registrations, and anywhere a strict file-size limit stands between you and a successful upload.

Our tools use the Canvas API in your browser to compress and transform images. Nothing is sent to a server. Your photos stay on your device from start to finish. You can verify this yourselfusing your browser's Network panel.

Why we built this

Upload forms often reject images without explaining how to fix them. A file can be rejected because it is over the KB limit, has the wrong pixel dimensions, uses an unsupported format such as HEIC or WebP, or has the wrong aspect ratio. Generic compressors guess at quality settings and hope for the best. ExactPic targets a KB limit (landing at or just under it) and exact dimensions so you can meet requirements the first time.

Who runs ExactPic

ExactPic is operated by MASTERPANEL LLC (Louisville, Kentucky, USA), a registered Kentucky Limited Liability Company. You can verify the company on the Kentucky Secretary of State record. It is funded by its operator rather than by selling or processing your data. Because we handle sensitive documents like passport and ID photos, we deliberately built the tools so that we never see your files. Questions? Email [email protected].
